Hi All, today I would review a product of one of the most trusted brands, Himalaya.

Oily skin seeks for utmost attention and care as it is prone to pimples and acne easily. It is susceptible to blemishes and attracts dirt. To deal with a skin with oily texture is indeed a challenge and needs to be carefully dealt with. A good clay mask or clay pack is a must-have for such skins. I strongly feel, herbal products are the best answers for such skin issues.

I have been using Himalaya Herbals Purifying Mud Pack since last couple of months and can witness its effective results. Oily skins are sensitive and therefore, require proper attention before experimenting it with any beauty product. Himalaya products have always carried the goodness of herbs accompanied by advanced technology. And therefore, I did not give any second thought before picking up this product from the store.

Product Description:

Himalaya Herbals Purifying Mud Pack is a unique mixture of herbs which soothes and cleanses the skin right from the core. It is a blend of natural ingredients like Fullers earth (commonly known as Multani mitti),mineral clay(khanij mitti), khus khus (Poppy seeds/ Vetivera Zizaniodies) and Akhrot (Walnut).

• Multani mitti cleanses the skin, reduces acne and thereby makes it blemish-free;
• Mineral clay improvises the blood circulation and acts as shine-boosters;
• Khus khus moisturizes the skin;
• Walnut is a natural exfoliator for removing dead cells and black-heads.

The product comes in the form of a tube in variant sizes.

Directions For Use:

Clean the face with water (preferably luke warm), or with any mild cleanser. Mix Himalaya Herbals Purifying Face Pack with rose water in required proportion to form a paste. Apply it evenly on face and neck, allowing it to dry for 10-20 minutes. Once done rinse it with cold water and pat dry. Apply a moisturizer else the skin would feel dry and barren.

I generally avoid making any face movements or gestures when the pack is on, else it would result to cracking of the face mask.

Conclusion:

Overall Himalaya Herbals Purifying Mud Pack acts as an excellent healer for oily skin. It increases the skin-texture and removes the unwanted black-spots, however not completely. May be after using it for some more times, it can totally eradicate the black-heads as claimed.
